Denatured Ethanol is classified as a Flammable Liquid Class 3, PG II and is regulated by various standards around the world. You must familiarise yourself with this regulation in order to safely and legally store, handle, decant and use this fuel.

Australia: The use of Methylated Spirits (Flammable Liquid Class 3, PG II) is regulated by the Dangerous Goods Regulations 1999 – DG 353 Sept 1997 and Australian Standards – The Storage & Handling of Flammable & Combustible Liquids AS 1940-1993.
