Felton Homes, a mid-tier custom home builder recently opened their exhibition home in Homeworld 4, Samantha Riley Drive, Kellyville.
The house is contemporary and stands out among the Masterton-Home-looking mac-mansions and single level homes at Homeworld 4.
The house features an EcoSmart Firebox installed into a facia of unpolished travertine marble tiles and using as a base for the burner a stone shelf made out of carrera marble.
The house is open Thursdays, Fridays and weekends, 11am to 5pm.
