Brand & IP Protocols
The Fire Company has fully developed the EcoSmart® Fire from conception and protected this original idea with patents, design registrations and trademarks.

In using our logos please take into account the following guidelines that define what is appropriate usage.

The Fire Company Pty Ltd Logo's

The EcoSmart® Fire Logo:
The logo has two distinctive elements: the product name in the two colors orange and warm grey in two words and the “+” symbol that is representing the “t” at the end of “smart”



The Corporate Slogan:
The logo is made of three words in this respective order and separated by vertical lines as displayed below.


All use of brands, logos and images owned or controlled by The Fire Company Pty Ltd (including all materials on this site) must comply with these protocols and our Terms and Conditions.

The Fire Company Pty Ltd stringently protects and guards its intellectual properties (patent, design registration, trademark and other rights), and will take immediate action against any party that breaches or endangers those rights (including any breach of any of these protocols).

All persons/businesses preparing a Web Site or any printed communication, television, radio or other, any electronic advertising or promotional material containing The Fire Company Pty Ltd products, brands, logos, or information must gain prior approval. This approval must be sought from the Marketing Manager who is required to proof and authorize all advertising and promotional material prior to publication.

To Do:
  • Only product-oriented, display advertising containing a prominent illustration of The Fire Company Pty Ltd products will qualify. The primary function of the advertisement must be to promote features and benefits of the products and communicate consumer-oriented sales promotions. Yellow Pages, classified advertising or exclusively service or service parts advertising do not qualify as Co-op Advertising.
  • An illustration of at least one current model must be shown and, if a price is quoted, copy must include the correct model name, brand logo and description for the product priced.
  • If allied products are featured jointly in a print advertisement with The Fire Company Pty Ltd products, The Fire Company Pty Ltd portion must be greater than the portion devoted to an allied product. The Fire Company Pty Ltd will NOT subsidise advertisements containing directly competitive products.
  • Billboards, Radio and Television advertising copy must be exclusive to The Fire Company Pty Ltd brands and products, and include the appropriate logos, current models and pictures.
  • Direct Mail advertising copy must be exclusive to The Fire Company Pty Ltd brands and products and contain the appropriate logos, current models and pictures.
  • For media vehicles not mentioned above and for all Co-op Advertising you must get an authorization from The Fire Company Pty Ltd before publishing.

Not To Do:
  • Never separate, rearrange, alter the colours or resize the elements of any of our logos.
  • Do not attempt to redraw or recreate the logos.
  • Never alter the height or width proportions or colours of the brands logos or taglines
  • Never use any of the brands logos or taglines with a design that together becomes a 'symbol', other than those authorised by The Fire Company Pty Ltd.
  • Never use an incorrect version of the brands logos or taglines
  • Never use any of the brands logos or taglines in conjunction with or directly linked to other competitive brands or other brands from within The Fire Company Pty Ltd.
  • Never attempt to create 3-D versions or add 'shadows' to any of the brand logos or taglines.
